Executive Vice President 

Don Davidson is Executive Vice President with Fletcher & Company.  With more than 35 years’ experience in the insurance brokerage field, Don helps lead the firm’s commercial property-casualty division in all aspects of sales, marketing and risk management. Having handled risk management and insurance needs across many industry sectors, including a special expertise in the maritime and logistics industries, Don serves as a key technical resource for the firm’s growing client base. He also maintains strong relationships with Fletcher & Company's insurance company underwriters.

Don joined the Company in 2011 after spending many years in client relations, insurance program design and marketing for Aon Risk Services, one of the world's largest insurance brokerage firms. Prior to entering the brokerage world, Don served as a commercial lines underwriter with Travelers Insurance Company.

After growing up in Jacksonville, Don earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designation. Active in many civic organizations, Don has spent 37 years in committee management for The Players Championship, is a member of The Propeller Club of Jacksonville and is an active member of The San Jose Country Club. He is a past President of The Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Jacksonville.
