We are a full-service insurance brokerage firm in Jacksonville Beach. Our firm has served as a trusted insurance advisor for the Jacksonville and North Florida community for more than 66 years. Originally founded as McNeill Insurance Agency in 1947, the firm expanded its client base in the last decade as McNeill, Garrison & Fletcher Insurance Agency.  In 2017, agency principal John Fletcher merged with Acrisure, a Michigan based broker and seventh largest in the country, to form Fletcher & Company.
